Dates grading machines

Dates are a very difficult kind of product to work with: because of their size, shape and their high sugar content which makes them very sticky.

Elisam has developed a version of GranTorinoM in order to work these products at the highest levels. We can run our machine to over 15 tr / sec with a weight accuracy of + / - 1 gr.

We can detect the percentage of loose skin and the drying level on each date.

Moreover, we developed a new accurate way to detect moisture, with an accuracy over 93%
